Hicontour eyebrow enhancing gel is water based water resistant quick drying hair coating. Coated pigments of international standard are used in imparting it colours   It is anti-smudge, anti-sweat and dries quickly after application. It enhances the beauty of eyebrows, and makes them charming. It comes in three colours from black to brown.
